Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Delhi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing Commercial card/Business Credit Card sales, and driving channel sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, resolving customer inquiries. The role requires consistent on-the-ground interaction with potential customers and partners to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and identifying prospective clients
- Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Communication with a customer-first approach
- Experience in Sales Operations, including achieving sales targets and handling administrative responsibilities
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and the ability to build and maintain partnerships
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the sales industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
