Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Executive. The position is based in Kochi, but some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and developing strategic sales plans. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications \n Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management Strong understanding of the solar and power electronics industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies Proficient in CRM software and sales tracking tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
