💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Support overall FMCG business operations
• Handle end-to-end operations with hands-on field involvement
• Manage distributors, vendors, and channel partners for Meechu products
• Drive sales targets, market expansion, and brand visibility
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and KPIs
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR teams
• Ensure smooth execution of company SOPs and compliance
• Handle escalations and resolve market-level challenges

🎓 Qualification:

• Graduation / Intermediate (Graduation preferred)
• Age: Below 30 years

📝 Experience:

• 5–7 years in FMCG / Sales / Operations
• Proven experience in handling AP or Telangana markets

🛠 Skills:

• Strong FMCG background with hands-on field experience
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple locations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

💰 Salary / CTC:

• Up to ₹3.5 LPA (Based on experience & performance)
