Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales, expand market presence, and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement trade promotions and marketing campaigns in the assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market, distribution network, and retail operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and target-achievement skills.
