Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new sales opportunities for rooftop solar projects.
• Meet residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Conduct customer site visits and preliminary assessments.
• Understand customer power requirements and explain suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
• Follow up with prospects and negotiate commercial terms.
• Close sales and coordinate with the project execution team for smooth handover.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales (Solar, Electrical, Construction, HVAC, Building Materials, or similar industries preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Travel Allowance (TA)
