Title: Sales Nutritionist Manager

Work location: Work from Office (NX ONe, Noida Extention)

Role Description: This is a leadership role. You have to lead a group of Health Consultants (Sales Team). You'd be responsible for ensuring that they maintain a good conversion rate to paid health programs. If you're someone who has high empathy (both for users and people you work with), excellent consultative sales skills, yourself & ability to deliver the right feedback, then this role is the perfect fit for you.

Working days: 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take the booked consultation of people who want to work on their health & help them enrol in HealthTick's Weight Loss & Health Program.
• Follow up with pipeline users via call and message, and help them enrol in HealthTick's Weight Loss Program.
• Connect with people who tried making the payment and help them enrol as well.

Requirement

• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Excellent communication, rapport-building & closing skills
• Strong consultative approach
• Highly empathetic and friendly
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Background in nutrition/healthcare is a bonus
