Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar or Nashik. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing marketing strategies, managing a sales team, and maintaining relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, planning promotional campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, working closely with dealership teams, and tracking performance metrics to achieve organizational goals for Heavy Earth Machines, Excavators, AgriMax, Heavy Line Machines, Etc. (JCB Dealership across Central Maharashtra and Marathwada)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Market Analysis, and Revenue Management
• Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies and Campaign Planning
• Team Leadership and People Management skills
• Strong relationship-building and Client Management abilities
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Data-Driven Decision Making and Performance Analytics capabilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Heavy Earth Machine industry or dealership operations is highly preferred
