Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position based in Vadodara for the Sales Marketing Manager (B2B Industrial Products) role. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role includes strategizing and executing B2B sales initiatives, overseeing sales management activities, conducting client presentations, maintaining exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving B2B sales targets. Proven skills in Customer Service and building positive client relationships. Proficiency in Communication and presentation skills for effective client interaction. Experience in Business Development, identifying new markets, and growing client portfolios. Demonstrated experience in the industrial manufacturing or related sectors is an advantage. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments effectively. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
