At? Delta Green Structures LLP , we?re redefining modern construction with cutting-edge? Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) ?manufacturing solutions. As we expand our operations in? Siliguri , we?re looking for a? Sales & Marketing Executive ?to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in? LGSF and PEB ?markets. Engage with potential clients through calls, visits, and digital outreach. Coordinate between? clients and design teams ?for project design finalisation. Prepare? presentations, Estimations, and Quotations ?for client projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Qualification Requirements Degree/Diploma in? Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering , or related field. 5+ years ?of experience in? sales/business development ?within the LGSF, PEB, or construction materials industry. Strong technical knowledge of? LGSF and PEB systems . Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in? Microsoft Excel, Word , and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. A good network of? architects, builders, and developers ?is a plus. Salary Range: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 (Depending on Skillset and Experience) *Negotiable for higher salaries depending on experience of core field and knowledge of the subject.
