Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Work). The role involves planning and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, identifying and acquiring potential clients, and driving business growth through on-ground field activities.
The position requires direct client interaction, strong relationship-building skills, and a target-oriented mindset to support CYMAX’s expansion across multiple sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute field sales and on-ground marketing plans
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through field visits, meetings, and outreach
- Present and promote CYMAX’s AR/VR products and services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights
Qualifications :
- Any Graduate who are interested in Marketing / Sales / Business Development
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or exposure to Sales & Marketing in a target-driven environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-oriented role
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Interest or knowledge in AR/VR, immersive technologies, or media & entertainment is a plus
- Self-motivated, independent, and capable of building long-term client relationships
