Sales Marketing Coordinator

We are hiring- Sales Coordinator !!

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (On-Site)

Time: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

Work Location: Shyamal Cross Rds, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities and beat planning of the field sales team
• Monitor field visits and market coverage; report deviations to management
• Handle issues related to the sales application used by field staff
• Coordinate with dispatch/warehouse for timely order delivery to retailers
• Maintain and track orders, dispatch records, and field team data
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and Excel-based trackers
• Act as a bridge between field sales, dispatch, accounts, and HO
• Communicate scheme updates, product changes, and company policies to the field team

Key Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel- MIS, pivot tables, data tracking (MUST)
• Effective communicator in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Prior experience in sales coordination or back-office preferred
