Role overvie

wThe Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child’s learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps’ programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversatio


n
Key responsibiliti

  • esConnect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps program
  • s.Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning path
  • s.Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcome
  • s.Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversion
  • s.Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environmen
  • t.Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled student
