Role Overview Looking for a super-prompt, high-energy Travel Consultant who loves interacting with people and can turn travel inquiries into confirmed bookings - quickly and efficiently. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and the voice of the brand. Key Responsibilities Respond to all guest inquiries instantly and professionally via WhatsApp, calls, and DMs. Convert leads into bookings with speed and precision. Understand guest preferences and suggest the right villas. Follow up promptly and maintain strong relationships with past guests. Coordinate with villa and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. Meet daily response-time and monthly sales targets. Who You Are Extremely prompt, responsive, and detail-oriented. Great communicator with a friendly yet professional tone. Confident in handling multiple chats and calls at once. Passionate about travel and luxury hospitality. Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus.
