Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Academic Counsellor to guide students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and selling skills with technical know-how in CRM systems and EdTech/IT sales. You will play a pivotal role in helping students make informed decisions about their academic and career paths while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Counsel students on academic programs, career opportunities, and skill development pathways.

•⁠ ⁠Manage and update student records using CRM tools to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.

•⁠ ⁠Drive student enrollment by effectively presenting program benefits and addressing queries.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with trainers, faculty, and the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.

•⁠ ⁠Contribute to outreach initiatives, webinars, and workshops to engage prospective students.

•⁠ ⁠Provide feedback and insights to improve counselling strategies and program offerings.

Required Skills

•⁠ ⁠1–4 years of experience in CRM handling.

•⁠ ⁠Background in IT sales or EdTech industry.

•⁠ ⁠Strong selling and persuasion skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

Preferred Skills

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, enabling you to guide students interested in tech-driven career paths.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences.

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
