Role Overview


The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth of HDPE Pipes & Electrofusion fittings across multiple cities, focusing on government sales, empowering the dealer network, project sales, and channel development. 


Key Responsibilities

 

1. Business Development & Expansion

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for HDPE pipes & electrofusion fittings across assigned territories
  • Drive entry into new cities and regions


2. Government/Project Sales & Specification

  • Build relationships with:

* Consultants

* EPC contractors

* Government departments

  • Ensure product approvals and specifications in large projects /government departments
  • Target high-value projects (water, utilities, industrial)


3. Travel & Market Coverage

  • Travel extensively across cities for:

* Client meetings

* Site visits

* Dealer development

* Project tracking

  • Ensure consistent market presence and visibility


4. Channel Development

  • Appoint and develop:

* Dealers

* Distributors

* Channel partners

  • Strengthen the supply network in new and existing cities


5. Sales & Collection Accountability

  • Achieve:

* Monthly/quarterly sales targets

* Collection targets with strong credit control

  • Ensure profitability and sustainable business growth
