As a Sales Manager, you will connect with Indian MSME buyers daily to understand their machinery requirements and guide them in sourcing the right machines through Seekfactory, MSME, and Seekfactory.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound calls to MSME entrepreneurs and factories.
  • Understand their production process and machinery needs.
  • Share available options from verified Chinese manufacturers.
  • Build trust-based relationships and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and weekly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and industrial machines.
  • Target-driven and motivated to achieve results.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or telecalling is preferred.
  • Know about B2B.
