Job Description

We are hiring Sales Managers to drive business growth in Retail Lending for our Two-Wheeler Finance and Personal Loans segments. The role involves managing channel partnerships, expanding market reach, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Two-Wheeler Loans / Personal Loans in the assigned location

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers, DSAs, and channel partners

• Achieve sales targets and portfolio growth

• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels

• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending processes

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Retail Lending / Vehicle Finance / Personal Loans

• Strong experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Management, or DSA Management

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Good communication and relationship management skills
