Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee business development efforts, identify and convert potential clients, manage sales pipelines, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the operations team to meet targets. The role also involves guiding and mentoring junior sales team members.


Qualifications

  • Strong Sales, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Business Development, Pipeline Management, and Lead Conversion
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Sales Forecasting
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively as part of a team
  • Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate, hospitality, or co-living sector is a plus
