Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role based in Bengaluru, India, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Salesperson will engage in developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in identifying new opportunities and growing customer accounts
• Customer Relationship Management skills, including communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Market Research and Data Analysis skills to identify trends and drive strategies
• Time Management and Organizational skills for meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong understanding of machine and pump connection products or technical aptitude to quickly learn the product portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in industrial product sales or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
