Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will oversee and develop effective sales strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with client needs. The Sales Manager will represent the company in client negotiations, prepare sales reports, and maintain excellent industry knowledge to support client acquisition and retention efforts.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and business development
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and familiarity with medical equipment, healthcare project management, or consultancy services is an advantage
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic data analysis techniques
  • B tech in Biomedical /Electronics / equivalent , Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Willingness to work within the dynamic environment of the healthcare infrastructure industry
