Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Mumbai. (Prime Home loans)
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue targets.
- This includes managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, planning and executing sales initiatives, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding new Retails DSA along with expanding reach in Mumbai west region
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Knowledge in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
- Experience in financial services, especially housing finance or related sectors.
- Graduation is Mandatory
