Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Lalganj. As a Sales Manager, responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, driving revenue growth, managing customer relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role also entails leading and mentoring a sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Revenue Target Achievement
- Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership, Staff Supervision, and Performance Optimization
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Knowledge of Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or NBFCs would be an advantage
- Understanding of rural and local markets in and around Lalganj would be beneficial
