Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in IT/Software solution sales to Government & PSU clients. If you have a strong network in the government sector and a passion for driving revenue growth, we’d love to hear from you.

📍 Location: Delhi/NCR (NCR candidates preferred)

💰 Salary: 25,000- ₹50,000 per month (variable pay)

🔹 Key Responsibilities
  • Drive IT/Software solution sales to Government & PSU clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the public sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and key stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal submission, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track sales targets and consistently achieve revenue goals
🔹 Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT/Software sales
  • Proven experience working with Government / PSU clients
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and bidding is a plus
  • NCR-based candidates preferred
