Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and well-organised individual who excels in prospecting and forging strong, enduring relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of sales dynamics within the industrial sector, particularly in the extrusion industry, such as Cable, Hose and plastic pipe, or its auxiliary areas, which will be considered an added advantage.


NO preference for the candidates from the IT sector. 


Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and nurture customer relationships, including key accounts and new business development.

·        Oversee the entire customer journey, from pre-sales to post-sales support activities.

·        Identify customer needs proactively and offer suitable solutions to drive customer satisfaction.

·        Deliver detailed and accurate sales forecasts to aid strategic planning.

·        Foster a competitive yet collaborative environment within the sales team.

·        Maintain comprehensive data on partners, accounts, and activities, documenting all customer interactions.

·        Engage with customers regularly to understand their evolving requirements and evaluate the quality of our partnerships.

·        Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and Programms to attract key market demographics.

·        Lead the acquisition and conversion of new clients through effective prospecting techniques.

·        Create and execute both short- and long-term sales plans with the goal of achieving revenue objectives consistently.


Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or Instrumentation.

·        5 to 10 years of sales experience in a relevant industry.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
