Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our automobile lubricant business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for increasing sales, managing dealers and distributors, and building strong customer relationships in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
Visit the market regularly to generate new business
Promote automobile lubricant products to mechanics, workshops, and fleet owners
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management
Ensure timely payment collection from customers
Train and guide the sales team to improve performance
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification
3 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in automobile lubricants or FMCG
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the automobile market
Ability to work independently and handle a sales team
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
