Position
Sales Manager
Location: Kolkata [Candidate should be ok to travel nearby districts or states]
Reporting To: Pune Headquarters [Remotely]
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for:
- RFID Solutions
- Generate and manage enterprise sales opportunities across retail and non-retail industries
- Manage the complete sales cycle:
- Lead generation
- Client meetings
- Product demonstrations
- Proposal discussions
- Commercial negotiations
- Order closures
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and decision-makers
- Work closely with the Pune HQ team for solutioning and customer engagement
- Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting
- Represent i-TEK at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events
Candidate Profile

Experience
Experience in:
- ERP Sales
- Software Sales
- SaaS Sales
- Technology Solution Sales

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong sales orientation and commercial acumen
- Professional integrity and accountability

Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
