Position

Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata [Candidate should be ok to travel nearby districts or states]

Reporting To: Pune Headquarters [Remotely]


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for:
  • RFID Solutions
  • Generate and manage enterprise sales opportunities across retail and non-retail industries
  • Manage the complete sales cycle:
  • Lead generation
  • Client meetings
  • Product demonstrations
  • Proposal discussions
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Order closures
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and decision-makers
  • Work closely with the Pune HQ team for solutioning and customer engagement
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Represent i-TEK at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a smart, energetic and ambitious sales professional with strong execution capability and ownership mindset.

Experience

Experience in:

  • ERP Sales
  • Software Sales
  • SaaS Sales
  • Technology Solution Sales

  • Strong sales orientation and commercial acumen

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
