Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our on-site location in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales Manager will lead efforts to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing a sales team, meeting sales targets, providing customer insights, and collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and participate in strategic planning to support company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, AWS, and the cybersecurity domain is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools
  • Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments
