Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Visakhapatnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving targeted goals. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing client relationships, delivering on sales forecasts, market analysis, and coordinating with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves overseeing performance metrics and driving team success through guidance and mentorship. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Monitoring Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of Market Analysis and Real Estate Industry practices Proficiency in setting and achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
