Honeybee Wax India is a Gurgaon-based manufacturer of professional depilatory waxes, supplying salons, distributors and brands across India. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth, build a strong B2B customer base, and lead our sales efforts in the professional beauty segment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Acquire new B2B customers (distributors, salon chains, wholesalers) and grow business with existing accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentations, trials, negotiation and closure.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales numbers, margins and outstanding payments, and share regular reports with management.
  • Coordinate closely with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Lead and mentor junior sales / business development executives as the team expands.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or allied manufacturing.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
  • Experience dealing with distributors, modern trade or salon chains is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with both field work and office-based follow‑ups (calls, WhatsApp, email, basic Excel/CRM).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a hands‑on, ownership mindset.
  • Based in NCR or willing to relocate to Gurgaon for a full-time, on-site role.
