Role & Responsibilities Ensure achievement of the top line business targets of affordable home loans by sourcing business through sales and distributions channels Conduct sales promotion activities in open market and improve relationships through expos and events, various activities etc. Liaise with various departments within the system (Credit/Operations etc.) to ensure smooth process flows Responsible for empanelment of new channel partners for sourcing products ?DSA/Connectors Ensure key customer satisfaction through customer service of the highest quality Handle all end-to-end activities related to the product i.e. from Login to Disbursement Monitor and review the performance of RM/SO for assigned locations Provide timely feedback to central team for improvements in product features and processes Conduct regular training on selling/product for team as well as sales and distribution channels Create a performance-oriented environment through effective team management, leading to high employee motivation and productivity Company Description: Workassist is an online recruitment and employment platform based in India, connecting employers with the right talent across diverse industries.
