Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks will include developing robust sales strategies, conducting market analysis, managing client accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role involves regular engagement with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including client engagement and revenue generation
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales strategy development
- Proficiency in building and managing relationships, account management, and customer service
- Knowledge of power solutions, E-Mobility, or related technical industries is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Previous experience in a sales or management role, preferably within the energy or technology sectors, is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon with occasional travel as required
