Role Overview
OK Global is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in exhibition stand contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Candidates must have prior experience in the exhibition industry along with proven sales experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate clients, brands, and event organizers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from initial briefing to final project delivery
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable exhibition stand solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams
- Ensure smooth execution of projects within timelines and budgets
- Monitor project quality and client expectations
- Track competitor activities and market trends
- Identify new opportunities in exhibitions and events industry
- Build strong industry relationships and partnerships
- Strong understanding of exhibition stand design and build process
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to understand floor plans and exhibition layouts
- Strong commercial awareness and budgeting capability
- Good client servicing and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exhibition stand contracting or related industry
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong industry network will be an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Exhibition industry experience is mandatory
- Sales experience is mandatory
- Candidates without exhibition industry experience will not be considered
- Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement
