About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Education (B2B) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across the education sector. This role involves owning the complete sales cycle and building long-term institutional relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education enterprises.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and onboard B2B education clients
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → meetings/demos → negotiation → closure
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Trustees, Management)
  • Maintain and grow institutional accounts through consistent follow-ups and coordination
  • Track pipeline and performance, and share updates with leadership


Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B education sales / institutional sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and stakeholder management
  • Existing network/connections in the education ecosystem is a plus
  • Bangalore-based, willing to meet clients as required
Preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS/EdTech solutions to institutions
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-based outcomes
