Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in Edtech Sales, located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies to meet revenue goals, managing a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The individual will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, developing sales plans, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives. ? Responsibilities: Experience from Domestic Edtech Sales Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion. Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies. Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue). Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates. Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
