Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities by acquiring contractors, builders, construction companies, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to present Digital Labour Chowk's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reporting systems.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client interactions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is preferred.
- Experience in construction, staffing, recruitment, HRTech, or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
