Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Experience : Minimum 5-6 years of IT Sales



Responsibilities


  • Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand into the Data Annotations and Artificial Intelligence domains.
  • Planning & implementing business strategies to expand customer base
  • With Ops team build customized solutions as part of consultative sales
  • Responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop effective sales/marketing tool kits and be able to put together top-class responses to bids/tenders
  • Provide inputs for developing pricing policies, market entry strategies and client management program
  • Account management, maintaining customer relations and handling post-sales support
  • Provide analytical support and feedback, forecasts, reports, competitor information and field intelligence
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business partner relationships
  • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Interact very closely with Deduce senior management
  • Build Sales team including Pre-Sales (Proposals), Sales support team




Domain Knowledge & Experience


  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in Sales function working with firms or departments focusing on Data Annotation, Labelling, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Services
  • Minimum 5 years of overall Sales experience
  • Directly handled minimum $2 million worth of annual revenues
  • Experience with Top 20 Indian System Integrators would be preferred
  • Familiarity with major Data labelling Platforms would be added advantage
