We are hiring a Sales Manager Corporate Salary to lead and manage a team responsible for acquiring and servicing corporate salary accounts. The role involves driving business growth, achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the Corporate Salary sales team.

Acquire new corporate salary account relationships.

Drive team sales performance and achieve monthly business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Monitor team productivity and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Prepare and review MIS, sales reports, and business pipeline.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

48 years of sales experience in Banking/BFSI.

Minimum 12 Years Of Team Handling Experience.

Experience in Corporate Salary, CASA, or Liability Sales preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
