Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Collective Hotels. Responsibilities include managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and leading a team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales expertise and skills in business development, account management, and client relationship management
- Experience in strategic planning and market analysis within the hospitality or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team toward achieving goals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance monitoring software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Experience in luxury hotel sales or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad and adapt to dynamic client requirements
