About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our International B2C Sales team catering to the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech sales, experience managing high-performing sales teams, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Representatives to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, from product demonstrations and consultations to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve conversions and productivity.
  • Conduct regular sales coaching, onboarding, and enablement sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented culture while ensuring adherence to sales processes and best practices.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2C EdTech sales experience (Mandatory).
  • Experience handling North American or other international clients.
  • Proven experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from product demonstrations to successful deal closures.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of 10–15 Sales Representatives.
  • Strong background in sales enablement, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and drive performance improvements.
  • Comfortable working in the US Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST).

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6 Days/week)

Weekly Off: Monday (Fixed)
