Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. In this position, the Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The role involves managing sales pipelines, providing client support, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. The Sales Manager will act as the primary interface between the company and its customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions to address business goals.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skills to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strategic Planning and Market Research: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Communication and Team Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and apply creative solutions to challenges.
  • Knowledge of Financial Technology: Familiarity with fintech products, APIs, and financial regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
