Manufacturers across Chennai, Mumbai, and Gurugram are sitting on growth opportunities they can't unlock because the right capital partner doesn't show up fast enough, structure smartly enough, or stay long enough to matter.

We're changing that. And we need sharp, field-driven sales professionals who can own markets, close deals, and build something that lasts.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are expanding our SME origination team across three cities. We need professionals who have spent years in the field — who know manufacturing clusters, who have OEM relationships, and who can walk into a factory owner's office and leave with a mandate.

This is a pure origination role. High ownership. High accountability. High reward.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Business Development

  • Identify and engage manufacturers and capex buyers in the Rs. 100–500 Cr segment
  • Activate OEM channel partnerships for consistent deal flow
  • Build and own a strong pipeline across 3–4 industrial clusters
  • Own your territory plan and penetration roadmap end to end

Deal Structuring and Closure

  • Understand client capex needs and balance sheet implications
  • Coordinate with internal credit and lending partners for deal structuring
  • Drive TAT from lead to disbursal with zero gaps
  • Own documentation closure and execution without gaps

Pipeline Discipline

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and stage-wise deal tracking at all times
  • Manage your full conversion funnel: Lead to Sanction to Disbursal
  • Stay proactively engaged with internal teams on every live deal

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat mandates
  • Position the company as a strategic capital partner — not a transactional lender
  • Grow wallet share within existing accounts consistently

YOUR KPIs

  • Quarterly disbursal targets
  • Lead to Sanction to Disbursal conversion ratio
  • TAT adherence across all deal stages
  • Repeat client and referral ratio
  • Pipeline depth across assigned clusters

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 4–8 years in NBFC / Bank / Asset Finance / Capex Lending
  • Strong local network in manufacturing clusters in your city
  • Proven track record of closing small and mid-market transactions
  • Comfort with field-driven origination — this is not a desk job
  • Strong execution mindset and sharp attention to detail
  • Good financial understanding and strong client communication
