Job Description

  • Assigned to achieve the target as specified by the management.
  • Assisting AGM - Sales in team handling.
  • Monitoring Dy. Sales Managers, Asst. Sales Managers and sales officer’s activities and assisting them to achieve the monthly target.
  • Ensure that the individual and team target are met in order to achieve the organisational goals.
  • Plan the outdoor activities of the team and make sure the activities are executed as per the plan.
  • Leading, managing and motivating sales team to implement organizations sales strategy and meet agreed targets.
  • Identify and map the potential target customers (HNW Non-resident Indians/regional corporate houses & other high net worth people).
  • Assisting in managing the sales operation of the firm to accomplish agreed business strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor’s activities, recommend business improvement suggestions to the management accordingly.
  • Cold Calling - making proposals, demonstrating and presenting products to potential customers.
  • Preparing and submitting sales budget for team to the management. Realization of the budgeted targets.
  • Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to all clients.
  • Meeting the sales target given by the company.
  • Develop and nurture new market and Client support and coordination activities.
  • Obtain feedback about the team and resolve/readdress complaints received.
  • Organize/participate in initiatives like real –estate exhibitions, trade shows, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion.
  • Every activities/Emails/Contact numbers should be updated in ERP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

  • Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
