We work with a panel of banks and NBFCs to deliver the right lending solution based on each customer’s profile and requirement.


About the Role


  • We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Sales Manager to manage sourcing, documentation, banker coordination and end-to-end execution for Business Loans, SME/MSME lending and Real Estate Finance cases.
  • This is not a desk-only or pure sales role. The candidate will be expected to meet customers, coordinate with bankers and credit teams, collect and scrutinise documents, follow up on queries, arrange site visits and ensure that every active file moves from lead to login, sanction and disbursement.
  • The Sales Manager will work under the Senior Area Sales Manager / Cluster Manager – SME & MSME Lending and will be supported by a Junior Executive for documentation and field coordination.


Key Responsibilities


  • Source and manage Business Loan, SME/MSME Loan, Loan Against Property, Working Capital, CC/OD, Term Loan, CGTMSE and Real Estate Finance opportunities.
  • Meet business owners, builders, developers, channel partners, CAs and referral partners to understand financing requirements and collect preliminary case information.
  • Conduct initial profile assessment based on borrower business, turnover, existing obligations, collateral, repayment capacity and funding requirement.
  • Coordinate with the Cluster Manager to identify the suitable bank/NBFC, product, loan structure and documentation requirement for each case.
  • Collect, organise and conduct a preliminary check of KYC, GST returns, ITRs, audited financials, bank statements, bureau reports, CMA data, stock statements, debtor/creditor ageing, existing loan details and property documents.
  • For real estate finance cases, coordinate collection and submission of title documents, approvals, project details, valuation reports, legal reports, CA certificates, engineer certificates, escrow documents, sanction conditions and disbursement requests.
  • Prepare complete, well-organised and bank-ready loan files before submission to the lender.
  • Coordinate actively with bank branches, SME desks, credit managers, legal teams, valuers, technical teams, CAs and customers to close queries and move files forward.
  • Arrange and attend customer meetings, banker meetings, site visits, property inspections and document-signing appointments wherever required.
  • Track sanction conditions, documentation pending, legal and technical status, disbursement requirements and post-sanction follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely CRM updates, accurate case notes, document uploads and daily pipeline tracking in Zoho CRM.
  • Guide and supervise the Junior Executive on document collection, scanning, uploading, tracker updates, customer follow-ups and field visits.
  • Maintain professional relationships with lender teams and ensure customers receive timely updates on their loan application status.


Desired Profile


  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Loans, SME/MSME Lending, LAP, Working Capital, CRE/Real Estate Finance, DSA operations, bank loan processing or NBFC loan sales.
  • Strong exposure to bank/NBFC documentation, lender follow-ups, credit queries, sanction conditions and disbursement processes.
  • Working understanding of SME/MSME lending products including Business Loans, Term Loans, Working Capital, CC/OD, CGTMSE, LAP and GST-based lending.
  • Familiarity with basic financial documents including GST returns, ITRs, profit and loss account, balance sheet, bank statements, CMA data, bureau reports and existing loan statements.
  • Exposure to real estate finance, construction finance, builder funding, LAP or property-backed lending will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable with extensive local travel across Chennai and nearby markets for customer meetings, banker coordination, site visits and document collection.
  • Strong follow-up discipline, documentation accuracy, communication skills and ability to independently drive multiple active loan files.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with banking, finance, commerce or sales backgrounds will be preferred.

  • Number and value of qualified Business Loan, SME/MSME and Real Estate Finance logins.
  • Login-to-sanction and sanction-to-disbursement conversion.
  • Documentation completeness and query-closure turnaround time.
  • Number of active files moved to sanction and disbursement each month.
  • CRM discipline, accuracy of case updates and document-management quality.
  • Customer, banker and internal-team coordination quality.
