Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bulandshahr for a Sales Manager at Bharti AXA Life Insurance. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets, manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, and build strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, generating leads, identifying market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

- Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Team Leadership, Motivation, and Performance Management experience
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Data Analysis, Reporting, and Forecasting capabilities
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
