Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolkata. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also ensure team performance through training, development, and monitoring key performance metrics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience within the financial services sector is highly advantageous
