Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, expanding customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with other teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong English fluency is mandatory
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop solutions for driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality or housing industry is advantageous
