Key Responsibilities - Build and manage the sales pipeline by closely working with prospective clients. - Manage the complete sales cycle?from qualifying leads to closing deals. - Understand customer business challenges, identify their impact, and position Autoplant?s offerings effectively. - Collaborate with the solution delivery/implementation team to design the best project plans during the sales process. - Drive B2B sales with a focus on IoT-based solutions. - Develop expertise in supply chain and logistics processes. Requirements Education: - Preferred: BCA, B.Tech (IT), MCA, BSc (Computer Science), PGDM - Nice to have: MBA (Marketing) Experience: - 4?10 years in sales, preferably with exposure to IoT solutions (RFID, GPS technologies). Behavioral & Skills: - Ability to engage with all levels of client organizations (CIOs, Business/Department Heads). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Product/solution selling expertise with technical knowledge. - Strong relationship management and negotiation skills. - Self-driven and proactive approach.
