Core tasks include leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets. The role requires proactive engagement with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Market Analysis and Report Preparation expertise Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal Leadership and team management experience Ability to work on-site in New Delhi Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the road equipment or infrastructure sector is a plus
