Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, meeting sales targets, preparing sales proposals, and providing product support to customers. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to align goals and continuously improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Sales expertise, including experience with business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the tooling industry or related fields such as CNC, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Organizational capabilities, including time management and CRM tool proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with machining processes and technical products is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools
