Role Description
We are seeking proactive candidates for the full-time roles of Sales Manager and Sales Executive in automobile sector to be based on-site in Dumka, Deoghar and Godda. The Sales Manager will lead a team, develop strategic sales plans, oversee daily sales operations, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Executive will focus on building client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Both roles require working collaboratively to meet organizational goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, with prior industry knowledge being an advantage.
